The Redwind Chief of Police was a corrupt, racist elitist
long before he ever tasted his first drop of Kindred blood, but those traits
only escalated once he became Ghoul to the Ventrue Archon Condry. His influence
in the police department has aided the Kindred of Redwind on more than one occasion,
and he remains one of the most valued assets of the Kindred. While his loyalty
is enforced by blood, Crawn is a power-hungry beast of a man, and secretly
gathers any information he can on the Kindred, hoping to one day pry the
secrets of full immortality from them. In the meantime, he plays dutiful servant to
the creatures of the night.

The towering Italian is faithful bodyguard and servant to
his Mistress, who he regards with an almost awe-struck respect and fear. One of
the more useful Ghouls in the city, he has influence with organized crime and
has shed his fair share of blood for both families that he holds membership
with. An enthusiastic fan of all games of chance, the Ghoul can often be found
at any high-stakes poker game taking place in the city.
