. THE RULER OF REDWIND .
Vanteen
Prince of Redwind
and Ancillae of House Nosferatu
The Worm Queen rules Redwind with a cunning not normally
found in those so young. It is rumored that she is barely through her first
century of Undeath, but has already established an impressive Power Base. She
has built her court around the Coterie that she has spent most of her Unlife
with, and they remain a tight-knit assemblage even into these nights.
. AGENTS OF THE CROWN .
Clive Condry
Archon of Prince
Vanteen and Ancillae of House Ventrue
Most trusted of the Prince’s servants, the good old boy
Condry has longstanding ties with the Prince he serves. The bonds of Coterie
still hold Condry and Vanteen together, and he relishes in his position as the
Prince’s agent and enforcer. Friendly, outgoing and lively, Condry is an
invaluable to Vanteen’s reign. His influences in the mortal world focus around
local law enforcement, which has aided greatly in stitching up breaches of the
Masquerade.
Mercedes Diaz
Archon of Prince
Vanteen and Neonate of House Spectri
Rumors whisper that her living years were spent as a spy
in the service of her native Spain’s government, and it wasn’t too long after
she discovered some of the secrets of the Undead that the Darkness came and
offered its power to her. The Kindred of the city know her as the Spanish
Flower of Death, and for those that warrant the Prince’s justice, they rarely
hear or see her coming. Mercedes is the Prince’s malevolent shade, the blade in
the darkness that Kindred fear gaining the attention of.
. THE PRIMOGEN COUNCIL .
Luther Boyd
Primogen and Elder of House Ventrue
The Kindred whisper in hushed tones of the glutton know as
Boyd. He is cagey and treacherous, with grand designs for his own power base
and ends. He is the viper in the Primogen Council, playing one side against the
other and manipulating the Neonates of the city like playthings. When one
conjures images of power-hungry and scheming Elders, it is Luther who they
envision. Boyd holds influence over the Public Transportation of Redwind, and
with but a word, he can bring the bustling streets and clotted subways to a
halt.
Torta
Primogen and Elder
of House Gangrel
The enigmatic Gangrel known only as Torta is perhaps the
oldest of the Kindred in Redwind. So much so that he has survived at least one
attempted Amaranth in recent memory. His power and wisdom know few bounds, and
if he were mad for power, many argue he could easily claim the throne. Luckily,
he the temporal trappings of the throne interest him little, and he adds his
profound insight to the Primogen Council.
Fawn Copperstone
Primogen and Ancillae
of House Daeva
Star of the stage and patron of the arts, Miss
Copperstone holds influence over the Theatres and performance centers of
Redwind. They say that her own voice has mystical properties to it, and they
call her the Banshee of Redwind. Rumors abound that she has unlocked a unique
Discipline that can project her voice in a fashion that can bewitch, or even
slay her audience. In her heyday, she was a famous opera singer whose jealous
rival contracted an assassin to slit her throat. Her passion for the stage
brought her back to the lands of the living, but forever banished her from the limelight
that she so craves.
Doctor Tymon Gorny
Primogen and
Ancillae of House Nosferatu
Cold, aloof and detached even in life, the Doctor’s
nefarious experiments on the living forever damned him to walk in darkness, but
even then, the emotionless Doctor only curiously pondered the nature of his new
“Condition”. He holds influence over the Medical establishment in Redwind and
continues him grim work with an alien curiosity and astonishing disregard for
the comfort or well-being of his “Patients”. To the good Doctor, no act is too
callous if it unearths some new insight.
Helmut Dressler
Primogen and
Ancillae of House Spectri
He is the nihilistic philosopher of the Primogen. In
fact, it was his deep probing into the black soul of man that opened
communication with the beings of the Abyss, and he continues to ponder and
explore the fatalistic manner of existence even into these nights. Dressler’s
mind is a complex web of strategies and plots, and he acts as the Prince’s
advisor in all matters of political cunning. Dressler shared Coterie with
Prince Vanteen and Archon Condry for decades, and the three remain the
foundation for her rule over Redwind.
. THE AUGOR .
Oliver Smythe Flynwood
Augur of Redwind and
Ancillae of House Ventrue
Harsh and exacting, Redwind’s Augur is a consummate
perfectionist. His style of Blood Magic is precise and traditional, and he runs
the Chantry of Redwind in a disciplined manner. He overlooks those gifted in
the art with a keen and unforgiving eye, and the Englishman holds impressive
mystical knowledge for his age.
. THE KEEPER OF ELYSIUM .
Mackenzie Bradigan
Keeper of Elysium and
Neonate of House Daeva
They say that in life, the Keeper was a devout wife to a
horrifically abusive and unfaithful Husband. During one drunken evening, his
abuse went too far and took the young bride’s life, but only temporarily. Her
heart filled with vengeance and new fire, Mackenzie’s broken body knitted
itself back together and reunited herself with her Husband. Rumor has it that
she ghouled him so that she can keep him pristine and eternal, only to revisit
upon him her vengeance each and every night. While timid and meek in life, her
return from the dead has impassioned the fearless young Daeva with a wild
streak, and she has taken gleefully to the role of Keeper of Elysium, doling
out status among the immortals of Redwind.
